Came with great instructions and it was easy to setup. Really like the digital display and control features. Love that the door can be locked closed. Took about 27 days to get here after it was shipped to Charlot, NC from the vendor, according to the tracking information. The delivery was repeatedly delayed, maybe because they used the cheapest delivery service that they could find. With the speed of Amazon's normal deliveries, it was surprising that this one took close to a month to get here. The delivery men were great! When I called the shipping company after I got the second notice that the shipment was delayed. The person I talked to was very nice and actually took the time to go to the shipping area and find out the expected delivery date, which turned out to be correct.
