I had initially bought a mount for a single joist in my Garage, but there was still a lot of noise and vibration when using my 150 lb Muay Thai bag. this mount was very easy to install and I immediately saw./heard a difference in the vibration and noise. It really help support the bag spanning two joists and the piston really cuts the vibration and noise. You can tell when you receive this item that it is heavy duty and will hold up for a long time. All around very satisfied with this purchase considering it's a bit cheaper than some comparable products I've found.Order came home pretty quick . Work Pretty well on a 21in 190lb Aqua Bag . No vibration , easy to install . The shock dampening works great and drastically cuts down the noise/vibration from where I workout in the garage into our kitchen one wall away.
